UV Spray coatings series

UE 55-5700/0 is a UV cell coating for the Volvo platform (project period From 2024). It is applied by hot spray at 50℃, target film thickness 110 µm (70-155 µm). Key performance includes 3500 VDC BOL/EOL dielectric strength, insulation resistance >100GΩ BOL/EOL, very high anti sagging ability, GT0 adhesion, lap-shear BOL/EOL >10MPa. Validated by EOL1 168h 40℃/100%RH. It is REACH/RoHS, no toxic or CMR category 1 ingredients. Online recycling utilization rate up to 95%, easy laser decoating.
