Our Innovations
The importance of UV coating as insulation material is experiencing magnificent growth in the market. Lankwitzer, as a leading manufacturer of UV coating for battery cells, is updating its products by enhancing performances and properties as well as challenging application methods.
Prismatic cells, cylindrical cells, cooling plates and cover plates as well module housing. Coating materials play an important role to protect and secure EV’s from dramatical failures of their high-voltage packs.
The key focus of our products is on performances and processability. Nowadays coating lines reach a productivity of 60 cells per minute by using UV coatings, which is remarkable by achieving a qualified rate of more than 98% and an energy input far lower than any other coating material requires.
The strongly cost driven market of battery cells and pack assembling is facing a major cost reduction process, and UV coatings are perfect fit to that.
