Key performance includes 3000 VDC BOL/EOL dielectric strength, insulation resistance >100GΩ BOL/EOL, very high anti sagging ability, GT0 adhesion, lap-shear BOL/EOL >8MPa. It offers coolant resistance. Validated by EOL1 240h 40℃/100%RH, EOL2 climate cycle test 30 days. It is REACH/RoHS confirm, no toxic or CMR category 1 ingredients. Online recycling utilization rate up to 95%, easy laser decoating.

This product is suitable for cooling plates, featuring a viscosity of 700~900 mPas and excellent anti-sagging ability. It meets the 5000VDC resistance requirement for BOL/EOL, while possessing coolant resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance. It achieves GT0 adhesion and has a shear strength of >10MPa for BOL/EOL, with a thermal conductivity of ≥0.4W/(m·k). The product can pass the EOL 1000-hour durability test under D85 (85℃/85%RH) conditions and EOL 2000-hour SST (Salt Spray Test), and its online recyclability rate reaches up to 95%.

This product features laser-free pre-treatment, achieving up to 30% cost savings in production line investment. With coolant resistance, it achieves GT0 adhesion grade and retains a shear strength of >8MPa for both BOL and EOL unlasered. The product passes the EOL 1000-hour durability test under D85 (85℃/85%RH) conditions, complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
