This product features laser-free pre-treatment, achieving up to 30% cost savings in production line investment. It has a viscosity of 500-800 mPas and very high anti-sagging ability, while maintaining 4500VDC resistance and insulation resistance exceeding 100 GΩ throughout BOL and EOL stages. With coolant resistance, it achieves GT0 adhesion grade and retains a shear strength of ＞8MPa for both BOL and EOL unlasered. The product passes the EOL 1000-hour durability test under D85 (85℃/85%RH) conditions, complies with REACH and RoHS regulations.
