UE 55-5550/0 is a UV cell coating for the BMW Gen6 cylindrical cells (project period 2024 - 2038). It is applied by DOD at 40℃, target film thickness 130 µm. Key performance includes insulation resistance >100GΩ BOL/EOL, very high anti sagging ability, GT0 adhesion, lap-shear BOL/EOL >8MPa. It offers coolant resistance. Validated by EOL1 240h 40℃/100%RH. It is REACH/RoHS confirm, no toxic or CMR category 1 ingredients. Suitable for Nickel/Steel substrates.
