UV Spray coatings series

This product is suitable for cooling plates, featuring a viscosity of 700~900 mPas and excellent anti-sagging ability. It meets the 5000VDC resistance requirement for BOL/EOL, while possessing coolant resistance, water resistance, and corrosion resistance. It achieves GT0 adhesion and has a shear strength of ＞10MPa for BOL/EOL, with a thermal conductivity of ≥0.4W/(m·k). The product can pass the EOL 1000-hour durability test under D85 (85℃/85%RH) conditions and EOL 2000-hour SST (Salt Spray Test), and its online recyclability rate reaches up to 95%.
